Trinity Management Partners LLC provides CFO Services, accounting/Bookkeeping, direct funding, debt consulting, and other financial services for domestic and international middle-market companies covering a variety of SBA, Eximbank, and traditional commercial banking and alternative lending solutions.

 

Having both a direct lending and consulting platform provides Trinity with advantages over the competition as we have the flexibility of either underwriting the transaction directly, or placing it with one of the many traditional banks or alternative finance companies that Trinity works with. Bottom line is that we have a much better chance of “getting your deal done” than most of the competition.

Trinity specializes in alternative working capital financing for business-to-business, business-to-consumer, or business-to-government, applications. Trinity can support transactions from as little as $10,000 to over $30,000,000.

Trinity Management Partners LLC was founded in 2012 to provide consulting, Financing and investment banking services to domestic and international middle market companies. Based on our strategic alliances with alternative finance companies, we serve as both direct lenders (for our sponsored products) and as a consultant for many other financial products and services.

Contracting Trinity to assist you in sourcing and negotiating a commercial or corporate banking facility will significantly enhance your ability to succeed given that Trinity management has a 20+ year commercial banking background and a solid understanding of bank underwriting standards. Trinity also has access to over 1,000 commercial lenders, business bankers, and corporate lenders. Trinity receives the majority of its alternative finance referrals through commercial and business bankers and has an excellent reputation in the local banking community as well as an extensive network of banking contacts. Typical banking clients include domestic & international distributors & manufacturers,  retailers, restaurants, real estate holding companies, service companies (including physician practices, law firms, accounting firms,  finance companies, and others),  and other financially sound middle market businesses.

In addition to our direct funding options, and commercial banking products, Trinity has extensive experience in, and relationships with, a large number of alternative finance companies offering a wide array of additional alternative working capital and term debt solutions including, but not limited to; asset based lending, merchant cash and direct cash advances,   equipment leasing, vendor finance, and commercial real estate lending. The goal of our alternative finance division is to customize solutions for businesses that are in the process of starting out, restructuring, launching a new product/service, expanding, or managing cyclicality. Customers that benefit from alternative finance typically are either financially challenged, or outgrowing their commercial banking relationship. Typical alternative finance clients include:

  • Fast Growth Companies that are Restricted by Bank Lending Limits or lack of capital
  • Financially Challenged Companies (losses, negative net worth, covenant breakage, etc.)
  • Start ups and Early Stage Businesses
  • Companies with complex corporate structures
  • Companies in challenging Industries (healthcare, contractors, international trade, etc.)
  • Companies whose principals have poor personal credit or questionable histories

Mr. Chico has over 20 years of senior management, debt origination, workout, turnaround management, & credit experience in: ABL, leasing, mezzanine lending, consumer products and services. He has served as: Regional President of a reputable ABL Lender, Senior Vice President of a large Commercial Bank, and Senior Vice President and Sales Manager for the Southeast U.S.

Julio Varona

Mr. Varona has over 30 years of financial services experience and has held senior lending, credit and management positions with a variety of reputable corporate and commercial banks, ABL companies, factors, and purchase order finance companies. In addition, he has been an underwriter and credit manager for a major multinational bank, established the asset based monitoring program for a regional bank, established and implemented the marketing strategy for an international factoring company, and was instrumental in developing the underwriting system, credit rating system, and credit policy manual for a Florida based debt fund.
